1. Marketplace Intermediary

WowUtsav is an online marketplace that connects Customers seeking event services with independent Vendors across India. WowUtsav does not itself provide any event planning, catering, decoration, photography, entertainment, or any other event-related service. All services advertised on the Platform are offered exclusively by independent third-party Vendors who are solely responsible for the performance, quality, and delivery of those services.

2. No Endorsement of Vendors

The listing of any Vendor on WowUtsav does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by WowUtsav of that Vendor's services, professionalism, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose. Customers are encouraged to independently verify Vendor credentials, licences, and reviews before entering into any agreement.

3. Accuracy of Vendor Listings

WowUtsav makes reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy of information displayed on the Platform; however, we do not verify, warrant, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any Vendor Listing, including pricing, availability, portfolio images, or service descriptions. Such information is provided by Vendors themselves, and WowUtsav accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in Listings.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, WowUtsav, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment resulting from the services provided or not provided by a Vendor.
• Any dispute, disagreement, or contractual breach between a Customer and a Vendor.
• Cancellation of events or services by a Vendor for any reason.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. No Guarantee of Results

WowUtsav does not guarantee that the Platform will meet your requirements or that you will find a suitable Vendor for your event. Search results, rankings, and recommendations displayed on the Platform are generated algorithmically and do not imply any preference or endorsement by WowUtsav.

6. Third-Party Content and Links

The Platform may contain links to external websites or references to third-party services. These are provided for convenience only. WowUtsav has no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Accessing any third-party link is done entirely at your own risk.

7. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for their conduct on the Platform, for the accuracy of information they provide, and for decisions they make based on Platform content. WowUtsav is not responsible for any consequences arising from reliance on information provided by other users, including Vendors and Customers.

8. Pricing and Availability

Prices, packages, and availability shown on Vendor Listings are indicative and subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed directly between the Customer and the Vendor. WowUtsav does not guarantee that quoted prices will remain valid at the time of Booking.

9. Force Majeure

WowUtsav shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, power outages, or disruptions to internet infrastructure.

10. Governing Law

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this Disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

11. Updates to This Disclaimer

WowUtsav reserves the right to modify this Disclaimer at any time. Updates will be reflected by the revised "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
